Christian Traunfellner

Christian Traunfellner, who holds a degree in law and an MBA, can look back on many years of experience on the international commercial property and transaction markets. He took over as the Head of the Asset Management Office at IMMOFINANZ in October 2014 and was greatly involved in the development and implementation of the IMMOFINANZ office brand “myhive” with currently three branded office buildings in Bucharest: myhive Metroffice, myhive S-Park and myhive Iride Tower. Furthermore Christian Traunfellner currently also holds the position as Country Manager Operations for Germany. Before joining IMMOFINANZ he served as a member of the management board of UNIQA Real Estate AG and played an important role in that company’s development.
