Bohus Hlavaty

Ing. Hlavatý was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of TMR in June 2009. Since 2009, he has also served as Chief Executive Officer of TMR. He has contributed to the successful synergy of major companies under his leadership undergoing successful revitalization and managed the issue of TMR's shares on the Bratislava Stock Exchange. Since 2006, he has held many senior management positions in the hotel and tourist sector in the High and Low Tatras. From 2006 to 2008, he held the position of general manager JASNÁ Nízke Tatry (predecessor of TMR) and general manager of the Tatra Ropeway. Previously he held senior management positions in Slovak, Polish and Czech FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) companies.
