Bogdan Bălașa

With a degree in Economics and Business Administration, Bogdan Bălașa has been managing real estate projects in Romania for the past 16 years. He started a career in hospitality 17 years ago, moving on to the residential development sector in 2007, with a unique business and client understanding. With Bogdan Bălașa at the helm as General Manager, in 2023 HILS Development finalized its largest project yet, HILS Pallady, a project consisting of 12 buildings and a total of 1,908 apartments with a complimentary 5,265 sqm for office and commercial use, in line with the HILS Development mixed-use strategy and community building vision.
