Ágota Bíró

  Ágota Bíró,  the leader  of Engame Academy, where she started in Jan 2024. Before that Ágota was the HR Director of the R&D department of Emarsys between 2016 and 2024,  which was acquired by SAP in 2020. In this role she managed to gain experience in all areas of the employee lifecycle in a global tech enterprise. She started her career as a teacher, she finished her postgraduate studies in Educational Management at the Budapest Corvinus University and she is a trained Executive Coach. She has a passion for inclusive leadership.
