Katalin Berdó-Németh graduated from the Gödöllő University of Agricultural Sciences with a specialization in Human Resources and obtained a postgraduate degree in Employment Counselling from SZTE ÁJK. During her HR career, she always enjoyed the challenges associated with green field investments, so she was happy to accept a role as the HR manager of Jaguar Land Rover's Hungarian subsidy in 2018. The office plays an important role in the development of the car manufacturer self-driving cars, as well as in ensuring the smooth operation of the Central and Eastern European Supply Chain. The successes of the past and upcoming years are based on highly educated and motivated employees. Under Katalin's professional management, the Budapest office has grown from 15 people to the current 350 employees. Alongside with the extension, HR and financial processes have also been developed, and in addition to the engineering R&D, a procurement and a supply chain team were set established… and the growth continues further.
