Róbert Bencze is a director in CEE Human Resources Consulting and leads the Leadership and Talent workstream in the region. He holds a degree in economics, and has extensive experience in human resources gained by taking part in developing and improving the HR systems of more than 200 Hungarian and multinational companies.
