Balázs Vinnai graduated in law and became known as founder and CEO of IND Group, a leading developer and provider of digital solutions in Europe and the Middle East. After 16 years of successful operations, IND Group was acquired in 2014 by Misys, an international banking software company, where Vinnai continued his career as Vice President of Digital Channels. Since September 2018, Balázs Vinnai has been President of Finshape (formerly W.UP), a banking software developer, and has also been an investor in the company. In addition, he co-founded Codecool, the leading programming school in Central and Eastern Europe. Balázs Vinnai joined Magyar Bankholding in July 2021 as Chief Advisor to the Chairman and is also a member of the management board. He has been a board member of the ICT Association of Hungary (IVSZ) since 2007 and has been its President since 2020.
