Szilvia Baginé Kovács

Mrs. Szilvia Baginé Kovács joined QFD Engineering Consulting Office Ltd in 2017 as regional director, South-East Europe with a focus area including consultancy for the implementation of IATF16949 compliant quality management systems, delivering product safety (PSB) training as a VW certified trainer, providing VDA6.3 and IATF16949 training and acting as process auditor and 2nd party auditor for automotive companies. Having graduated from the Technical University of Miskolc, Hungary, in mechanical engineering, Szilvia started her career as a design and development engineer in Diósd, Hungary, at Hungarian Roller Bearings Works (Magyar Gördülőcsapágy Művek) and continued as quality leader. Between 1996 and 2001 she was quality director at Dräxlmaier Hungary (MEE Bt), where her main profile was harness manufacturing. From 2001 through 2016 she was acting as quality and production director at WET KFT / Gentherm Hungay Kft, a market leader supplier of seat heating systems.
