Gergely is a Partner in the Budapest Office of McKinsey & Company. Since joining the Firm in 2006, he has served clients mainly in banking and insurance industries. He is a leader of the Advanced Analytics Practice in Central Europe and a leader of Digital McKinsey In Europe. Gergely is a member of McKinsey’s Global Banking Practice, and the Founder of McKinsey’s Global Fintech Center. He is the CEO of Allianz Hungária Biztosító since January 1st, 2024.
