Attila Balogh has been working in the real estate industry for 22 years, of which 12 years were spent with ESTON. He joined the firm first in early 2004 and in the next five years, he worked with development land and yield asset transactions. Before joining ESTON again in late 2016, he participated in a governmental development project, followed by the sales director position at Lurdy Haz, responsible for the asset management of a 110,000 sqm mixed-use portfolio. Since 2016, he has been working on diverse projects in Hungary. He has managed single and portfolio sales of office, retail and industrial assets, both by domestic and international vendors, including cross-border network assignments with Savills.
