Dr Anthony Radev was director at McKinsey & Company for 23 years and has been a director emeritus for six years. He is also President of Budapest Corvinus University. Radev joined McKinsey in Germany in 1991 and was one of the co-founders of its Eastern European office in 1993. He personally opened McKinsey offices in Budapest (1995), Zagreb (2003), Sophia (2005) and Bucharest (2008) and has also headed McKinsey's Eastern European Financial Institution Workgroup. Dr Anthony Radev has taken part in numerous projects in nearly every sector of the economy as well as in the public sector, from carious financial institutions through the service sector to several manufacturing industry companies. He has been leading the School for Executive Education and Development (SEED), a business leadership programme for future leaders, since 2014. Radev is also co-founder of the workshop. The school's portfolio has been continuously growing since its founding and now covers the entire organisational structure from top executives to talent pool management. He holds Hungarian, German and Bulgarian citizenships. He has been a board member of Mol since April 2014, having been re-elected at the general meeting on 11 April 2019.
