Anna Bencze is Head of Sustainability at HelloParks, an industrial real estate developer and member of the Futureal Group. She has over seven years of experience in the field of sustainability. In the last five years, she has worked on developing and managing ESG projects, mainly focusing on BREEAM and WELL certification processes. Previously, she was responsible for coordinating sustainability efforts in the corporate group's office, commercial, and logistics real estate developments. Under her leadership, HelloParks developed its sustainability strategy, HelloZero, which includes ESG aspects and compliance with EU Taxonomy. She is architect by profession, having completed her studies at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and the Technical University of Munich.
