Andrew Sim

Andrew has over 25 years of experience in real estate investment and despite his title, remains actively focused on transactions. Andrew set up the European Capital Markets team in 1999 to service the multi-sector acquisition and sales requirements of international investors throughout Europe. Since then, the team has been involved with numerous portfolios as well as individual transactions from Portugal to Poland, and Finland to Greece. Andrew has recently been appointed as Managing Director of Europe overseeing the management and development of our European business.
