Andreas Mayr

Andreas Mayr joined UBM Development in 2016 and is Managing Director for UBM hotels, responsible for the financing of the whole hotel portfolio in Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Austria and the Czech Republic. He has 30 years of financial experience in the operational hotel industry as well as in hotel development. His career has taken him through various positions in finance departments for Starwood, ANA and Hilton Hotels as well as in the development of hotels and luxury residences for Schloss Velden and UBM Development. He holds a degree in hotel management, and accounting and is a certified real estate trustee.
