Andrea Cservenné Boros

Andrea Cservenné Boros started her career as a teacher, then from 2001 she has been working in the field of HR as a result of a conscious career change. At Transdanubian Regional Waterworks Ltd., as a specialist, head of department and then HR director, she had the opportunity to get to know and continuously develop all HR sub-areas. After that, between 2011 and 2015, she worked at TESCO, the largest company in the retail sector in Hungary, in HR and Organizational Development Manager positions. Since 2015, she has been the HR manager of JABIL Circuits Magyarország Kft., and since 2019 she has been managing the HR activities of Tab site in Flextronics International Kft. She considers her mission to provide value-added support to the organization to achieve business goals through the implementation of HR best-practices. Mother of two children.
