I currently lead the Digital Funnel Area at Magyar Telekom, Hungary's market leader integrated telecommunications company, which is responsible for performance communication, optimization and development of telekom.hu and the webshop, fulfillment and data-driven operation. Our main goal is to make it as easy as possible for our prospective and existing customers to handle their Telekom related cases, whether it is the purchase of a new service and / or device, or any other type.
