He obtained his first diploma from the Budapest University of Economics and Public Administration majoring finances, expanding his studies with a scholarship at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He obtained his second diploma from the University of Cologne (Germany) participating in the CEMS program, and then his third diploma from the MBA program of INSEAD in Singapore. Following his studies in economics he started his career in 2000, as a business development analyst for MOL Nyrt., and then in 2001-2002 he was working for a Ruhrgas subsidiary region in Essen. After this he was a consultant, then project manager for McKinsey&Company between 2002 and 2009. From May 2009 he headed the Retail Business Development and Subsidiary Directorate of OTP Bank, he has become head of the Retail Directorate in March 2012, and besides that he is also CEO, member of the Board of Directors at OTP Lakástakarék Zrt. and vice-president of the Hungarian Bank Association since April 2014.
