A. Delaroff is graduated from the Technological University in Saint-Denis (France), Major: Economics & Marketing.
1997 – was appointed by IHG as Opening General Manager of the first Holiday Inn hotel in Russia.
2002 – joined AccorHotels as Opening General Manager of Novotel Moscow Centre.
2006 – A. Delaroff started his work in AccorHotels head office in Moscow.
2010 - was appointed as COO of AccorHotels Russia & CIS.
Under his management, AccorHotels has risen from 3 hotels in 2005 to 55 operating hotels throughout the region (Russia, Georgia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Armenia & Azerbaijan)
