Adrian Karczewicz is responsible for sourcing buyers and conducting transaction processes in four CEE markets: Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania. Adrian has over 20 years of experience in the real estate market dating back to 1997 when he became an analyst at Gerald Eve International. He continued his career at Knight Frank in Warsaw, and GE Capital Golub Real Estate. Prior to joining Skanska in 2013, he worked for Polish developer Echo Investment as the director responsible for the company’s asset divestments. While working at Skanska, Adrian and the transactions teams have divested 54 office buildings totalling €3.5 billion. He has expanded Skanska’s client portfolio by 22 new buyers. Adrian was involved, among others, in the sales process of Skanska’s assets in London – the Monument office building, the Neon project in Helsinki, and the divestment of the biggest asset in Skanska history: 2+U in Seattle, US. Adrian is a devoted CEE commercial real estate ambassador who promotes the region among foreign investors all over the world. Being strongly focused on investor-oriented activities, he conducted numerous market tours to Germany, the UK, Canada and Asia.
