Reuniting the Debt Collection Industry Again!
The joint half-day conference on receivables management by Portfolio and EOS is a significant domestic professional event now in its 9th year. This September, leading experts will provide practical financial, legal, and technological advice to enhance the competitiveness of debt collection processes.
Speaking of competitiveness, this year’s professional programme will focus on the application of AI and digitalisation solutions in debt collection. When used in customer communication while complying with GDPR principles, these technologies can significantly improve cost efficiency and customer management if used effectively. But how can it be done the right way? At the conference, we will hear about some international examples and best practices on how to apply generative AI in debt collection processes.
The EOS Debtor Customer Survey 2024 will be presented, which examines over 500,000 unsecured cases managed in Hungary in 2023. The study compares these findings not only with the previous year’s data but also with figures from before the 2019 pandemic.
The conference will also cover AFR2, ESG, payment risk analysis, preventing business insolvency, and, if the damage has already occurred, the restructuring procedures that can now be initiated in Hungary.
