“What else might come?” The agile managers of the automotive companies that have "survived" the last few years are now fully equipped for crisis and change management.
Difficulties are still present in supply chains, and in addition to current energy prices, retaining competitiveness is also a great task for the Hungarian automotive industry. Labour shortage and the quality of available workforce pose a challenge for companies all around Europe – in order to increase effectiveness and productivity, they must exploit possibilities in robotisation and automation to the maximum.
Our current leaders are actively looking for a way out with energetics, production efficiency, and green investments, and they see new development possibilities in the application of artificial intelligence and digitalisation, moving towards electrification and sustainability, inspiring and helping their suppliers and employees.

On the second day of the conference, we will provide factory visits to several nearby sites with a shuttle bus service. Participation in the factory visits requires registration. You can only book your place if you already have a ticket to the event.
