Hungary Richter to pay HUF 106 dividend per share on 2016 profit

The Board of Directors of Hungary’s leading pharmaceutical producer, Gedeon Richter, recommends the Annual General Meeting the payment of 106 forint dividend per share, the invitation to the AGM, which will be held on 26 April, showed on Friday.
  • Richter has also published invitation to its AGM on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE). The event will be held at 3 P.M. on 26 April at 34. Stefánia út.
  • The Board recommends the payment of HUF 106 dividend per share on 2016 results and to allocate the remainder of the after-tax profit to the profit reserves.
  • Calculating at Thursday’s closing price, the HUF 106 DPS translates into a 1.64% dividend yield.
