Today’s new case number is slightly higher than in previous days, although those were muted by the weekend effect. The daily figure was well down from 905 last Thursday.

As for fatalities, the 51 dead are almost equal to Wednesday’s and about half of last Thursday’s 96.

This also indicates that the pandemic situation is improving.
