The number of new cases in the past 24 hours was 9,288. This statistic has been fluctuating strongly in recent days, but it is evident that the virus is still spreading very fast in Hungary.

There were 258 fatalities yesterday, most of them elderly or chronic patients. While the figure is slightly lower than the previous day’s, the moving average clearly shows a rising trend.
