Mobiliti

State-owned NKM Mobilitás Kft., which started a test run of paid charging in its Mobiiti network from 1 May, has introduced five new packages as of 6 July for its more than 17,000 users, with per-minute fees for flash charging ranging from HUF 70 to HUF 90 and fees of HUF 65 to HUF 110 per kWh for normal charging.

Mobiliti currently operates 187 charging stations and 59 flash chargers in Hungary. With its acquisition of e-Mobi’s network at the end of 2019, it will have 553 charging points once integration is complete, nearly half of the total in Hungary.

Mol

Hungarian oil group Mol has also reacted to the change in regulations and has updated its Pugee service, also introducing a Mol Plugee application that allows customers to use self-service charging pillars at Mol fuel stations.

Replacing the previous flat-rate packages, Mol introduced new tariffs based on time and the power received. For DC chargers, the company is offering a promotion of HUF 99 per kWh until 31 August.

Shell

Shell, which currently operates two charging stations in Hungary, has also updated its service. Instead of the previous HUF 1,925 flat rate regardless of time and the quantity of power, it will now cost HUF 150 per kWh to use its 50 kW DC or 43 kW AC chargers.
