- Act as a first line customer support in setting up the most efficient cash management solutions together with relationship managers;
- Accountability for the structural risk of transactions, pricing and the solutions;
- Translate customer demand towards the product and channel development (Operations and IT) for introducing the proper solutions;
- Assist in achieving the Cash Management budget.
In depth knowledge of the domestic (e.g. giro, postal payments) and international (e.g. Swift) payment and cash management systems;
- College/University degree;
- At least 2 years experience in cash management/ international & domestic payment settlement;
- Working proficiency in English;
- Good communication skills.
