KBC Securities Hungarian Branch Office is a newly established investment service provider and is looking for
PROJECT LEADER / HEAD OF A DEPARTMENT OF THE BACK OFFICE .
Key tasks:
In course of setting up the branch (“Project"):
  • active member of the project as a project leader,
  • take part in the migration,
  • active participant of the setting up the new B/O system,
  • testing the new system, cooperation with ITC of the branch and the parent company,

after execution of the project in the Branch:
  • to manage and organize settlement activity,
  • set up a new business line -custody activity,
  • coordination and supervision of daily work of the BO staff,
  • external and internal reporting,
  • maintain relation with other departments, and with KBC Securities as a parent company

requirements:
  • university or college degree in finance,
  • experience in securities Back Office,
  • experience in custody activity,
  • fluent English.

the ideal candidate has: problem solving ability, communication skills,
organizing skills, analytical skills.
